Steal My Healthy Grocery List!
Healthy food!! I always struggled to stay on track with my nutrition goals because there was SO much food in my apartment that was not nutritious. Your fridge should be the primary support for your fitness goals, and your fitness routine should back it up. Ever heard the saying “lose (gain) weight in the kitchen, get fit in the gym”? Well, it’s a reality! You can’t outrain a poor diet!
I’ve compiled a list of the foods I like to keep on hand as often as possible, that way I’m less tempted to reach for a take out chinese menu! In addition, I’ll scroll through Pinterest before I head into the grocery just to see if anything catches my eye for dinners, snacks, etc. Anyways, I hope this list gives you some insight into my diet & helps you work towards your goals!
